What our support team can and cannot do
Tucked is built around end-to-end encryption. Our support team has no ability to view your photos, videos, or messages. We cannot access your private keys or decrypt your content.
We can help with: subscription and billing questions, app crashes and errors, pairing issues, general questions about how Tucked works.
We cannot: recover deleted content, view or access your photos or messages, restore a lost account or keypair, see your partner’s activity.

Getting Started
One person creates a 3-word pairing code in the app. The other enters it. The code expires after 5 minutes.
A subscription is required to send photos, videos, and messages. Viewing content you've already received, revoking access, and ending sharing are always free.

Sharing and Receiving
By default, Tucked transfers over any connection. You can enable WiFi-only mode in Settings to restrict large file transfers to WiFi.
You can have up to 100 undelivered items at a time. Each import session allows up to 50 items. Videos must be under 5 minutes.
The receiving device must request the sealed decryption key from our server each time. This online step is what makes revocation possible.
Revocation and Privacy
Open the item in your gallery, then tap Revoke. The decryption key is permanently destroyed on our server.
All encrypted content, messages, and decryption keys for your partnership are permanently deleted from our server. Tucked then attempts to delete all received photos, videos, and messages on both devices. Each person keeps the photos and videos they created for themselves, but they are no longer shared.
If usable data was not extracted before revocation, the content can no longer be opened through Tucked. Once revoked, the key is gone from our server and the encrypted content cannot be decrypted.
Account and Access
Sessions expire 7 days after creation. Simply open the app and sign in again.
If the sender hasn't opened Tucked in 7 days, access is paused as a privacy safeguard. The sender can restore access by opening the app.
Your encryption keys are stored only on your device. If you lose your device and cannot restore from a backup, your keys are lost. We cannot recover them. You can create a new account and pair again, but previously shared content will not be recoverable.
Email [email protected] with your request. Account deletion removes all data we hold associated with your user ID.
Troubleshooting
You have 100 undelivered items. Wait for your partner to view some before sending more.
Tucked limits imported videos to 5 minutes. Trim the video before importing.
Viewing received content requires a network connection to retrieve the decryption key. Connect to WiFi or cellular and try again.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
